To elevate the awareness and perception of the catering chef, both within the industry and the public, through the sharing of our unique skills, knowledge, and experience in a positive environment.
Culinary Council Philosophy
The International Caterers Association Culinary Council is a group of catering chefs from around the world who are united to support and educate each other, the industry, and the public. Our mandate as the Chefs Council is:
- To unite and support the talents of catering chefs internationally for the benefit of each other's continued growing knowledge and skills.
- To provide the highest quality of education to all catering chefs, the catering industry, and the general public.

Access to on line recipes, kitchen concepts, networking, Culinary Round Table discussions, share knowledge with other chefs and participation in yearly educational programs.
